General Guideline

Register as a Member

Go to the DYL EXPRESS registration page and enter your registration information needed.Click Register. You can also use the Facebook to log in

 


Adding Warehouse Addres

Login your TaoBao account. Go to the account management. Click on the receiving address.Add in DYL China's warehouse address.




Goods Purchase Information

Login your TaoBao account. Check the goods that had been purchased, record the product name, quantity and amount. Click on the product to view the logistics, record the courier company and the tracking code.


Fill In The Goods Information

Log in to your DYL EXPRESS account. Go to “My Account”, click “Arrange Shipment”. Fill in the goods information and purchase information according to TaoBao website. After the completion of fill in information, then can be submit.



Submit the Product Order

Log in to your DYL EXPRESS account. Go to “My Account” click on “Product Order”. Select the goods order you want to shipped, and then click submit; and then select and checked your delivery address and delivery methods. Click Submit. You only need to wait for thewarehous for weighing and make the payment on it

View the Payment Ord

Log in to your DYL EXPRESS account. Go to “My Account” and click on the “Delivery Order”. Select the "Wait for Payment" order based on the status and click the payment icon “$” for payment.



Check the Order and Payment

Check the information from Delivery Information, check the quantity, address and amount of the order. Click the payment. If the account balance is insufficient, click on “Top-Up” and view the next Process “Process 3”, Account Top-Up.



Account Top-Up

Login your DYL EXPRESS account, go to “My Account”, and click on “Top-Up Account Balance”. After payment to our Public Bank Account, fill in the transfer payment information and submit the receipt. Our company finance department will confirm the amount of transfer after the amount was confirmed on our bank account, the top-up account balance is completed.

实时到账-Billplz-网上银行平台的充值流程:

1、登录您的会员中心,点击充值进入充值界面;选择Billplz-网上银行进行充值,并输入您需要充值的金额并点击提交


2、页面自动跳转进入Billplz网银平台,选择您用来支付的银行,点击PAY


3、页面自动跳转进入银行付款界面,登录您的网银进行付款



订单状态
待处理:订单提交后的初始状态
处理中:订单确认及已分配到相应的采购人员及正在处理中。
在途中:商品等待进入DYL集运仓库。
已到货:商品进入DYL集运仓库,商品已完成验货.您可以提交运送了喔。 
已邮寄:仓库已经发送包裹去目的地,等待客户收货。
无效订单:商品名称、价格与提交的不一致,商品没货,商品无图片或描述,虚拟商品、违禁商品等,均视为无效订单

运单状态
待处理:商品等待DYL集运仓库员工处理。
等待称重:商品等待DYL集运仓库员工称重。
等待付款:运单等待客户付款。
等待发货:商品等待DYL集运仓库员工发货。  
已邮寄:商品已经邮寄去目的地,等待收货。  
无效运单:对于问题商品,工作人员与会员.

备注:当商家实际发货情况与会员提交的商品信息不符,比如:数量有误,需要与会员进一步确认才能进入DYL集运仓库。问题描述等通过客服邮箱service@dylexpress.com 提供给我们,客服专员会为您处理并尽快给您答复

微信公众号(手机版)-代运流程

1-关注微信公众号“DYL EXPRESS集运网”

①通过扫描下方二维码,或在微信搜索“DYL EXPRESS集运网”;

②关注我们的公众号。



2-注册DYL EXPRESS会员

①进入微信“DYL EXPRESS集运网”公众号,点击注册代运-快速注册

②填写信息注册,提交即可注册成功。


3-添加仓库地址

①注册完成后,点击“仓库地址”;

②打开“手机淘宝”,添加我们的集运仓库地址;

③完成后您就可以先买货了,等卖家发货才进入下单的流程。


1-获取买货信息

①打开“手机淘宝”,查看购买的商品货物,记录品名、件数及金额;

②点击“查看物流”,记录快递公司和复制快递单号。


2-填写需要代运的商品资料

①进入微信“DYL EXPRESS集运网”公众号,点击会员中心-提交单号;

②根据淘宝上获取的商品信息,填写商品资料,完成后点击提交即可。


3-提交运单

①进入微信“DYL EXPRESS集运网”公众号,点击会员中心-仓库包裹;

②查看您存仓的包裹信息及状态,勾选一起集运的包裹;

③点击提交运单,选择收货地址和运输方式,提交运单;

④您现在只需要等待仓库称重计费,就可以付款发货了。



银行转账充值流程

①进入微信“DYL EXPRESS集运网”,点击会员中心-充值运费;

②银行转账,汇款到DYL大众银行的公司账户,并保留水单;

③在充值页面,输入转账的账户信息和支付的运单(非必选);

④提交运单后,等待财务审核到账就可以支付运费了。


货物分类及计费方式说明

货品的种类分为两种:“普货” 和 “敏感货”。普货和敏感货是用来区分在中国出口到其他国家时的检验标准。如果敏感货使用普货渠道发货,可能导致检验无法顺利通关发货。需要缴付二次运输费用才能发货。

以下表格区分了 空运  海运 两者不同的普货和敏感货:

空运普货和敏感货区分(大致分类)

普通货:

服饰,鞋包,家具,母婴用品,运动用品,无电池类电器,无磁铁货品,书籍

一般上非(电池类,液体类,粉状类,品牌类,磁铁类,喷雾类)都可以归纳为 “普货”。

敏感货:

仿牌/正版商品,正品玩偶,高价值商品,珠宝,液体,粉状物,食品,化妆品,情趣品,光碟,视频,正版商品,含有电磁类,电池类商品。

违禁品!

武器,动物,货币,易燃物,高压气体 (喷雾),易燃易爆,危险物品,酒类,毒品,烟草

 

海运普货和敏感货区分(大致分类)

普通货:

服装,鞋子,帽子 ,玩具,节日用品,(不包含品牌,仿牌类)。摩配,汽配,五金配件,(非电类)。日用品,居家百货,电器及电器配件 (不含电) 家具家私。

敏感货:

一切液体/粉末类,性用品,化妆品,食品,饮料,化工产品;台式电脑,灯具、玩具、荞麦壳、香水、CD光盘,营养/保健品、国际一线品牌仿牌,空调冷媒,汽车发动机,大理石,陶瓷品及地砖大理石,马桶,沙滩车,电动或机动单车等

违禁品!

武器,动物,货币,易燃物,高压气体 (喷雾),易燃易爆,危险物品,药品,酒类,毒品,烟草

 

 

 

*相关公式说明:

体积重量计算公式:体积重量=**/6000(单位cm

半泡重量计算方式:半泡重量=(计费实际重量+计费体积重量)/2

*举例说明:

一件空运包裹实际重量:5.6kg   体积为:39*39*49  

体积重量:39*39*49/6000=12.42kg

* 免泡

 计费重量:6kg

*半泡

半泡计算方式:( 6kg+13kg)/2=9.5kg    计费重量:10kg



*为什么会有体积重量计算方式呢~

首先, 给大家举个例子.
因为空运是用飞机运输工具, 飞机的仓位是有空间的.
如果大家都寄一些棉毛,塑料制品等.占用飞机很大的仓位.但是实际过磅的重量很轻,航空运输协会按实重制定一个体积重计算方式.,所以会有体积重的产生。

Parcel Shipment Rules & Regulations

 *Weight Calculation:
If good weight is 1.2kg, we will charge 2kg as air freight fee.
According to air freight calculation, the air freight fee will use either actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is heavier. What is volumetric weight? It's based on height, width and length.

*Sample 1:
Good Actual Weight:1 kg
Good Volumetric Weight:25cm x 20cm x 30cm
volumetric weight = (25 x 20 x 30)/6000
= 2.5 kg

If your goods actual weight is 1.5KG,receipt written 1.5KG, but if volumetric weight is 4.6KG,charges is based on 5KG。
Please beware of this! To avoid any arguement later!

*Why volumetric weight calculation exist~
Firstly, give an example.
Due to air freight is using air plane, the flight storage only contains limited space one.
If most of us send items like toy and plastic items etc, it takes a lot of space. But the real actual weight is actually very light. That's why the air freight company set the rule for volumetric weight calculation.
*1.Air Shipping Items total value less than USD100 @cannot more than 15KG/order are not required to pay tax.

*2. Value Declaration: Refer to parcel value filled in RMB amount by the customer,
our system will auto convert to USD. Value declaration exchange rate as USD 1.00 = ¥6.2。

*3. Air flight fare here include custom clearance but not include tax. However, it's almost zero percent chances been tax by custom,
if your shipment has been tax, can be settled by express company.

*4.Daigou Risk: If anything happen like damage and lost to your shipment on the way to the destination,we are not responsible for that. Bear in mind while receiving your parcel, make sure your items weight and quantity is correct then only sign on it.

*5.If there is any damage on your parcel,please check on the spot and inform the delivery man;

Or phone us.: +8618320151175(Immediately). Once all the info in place, 「DYL Express」will fight for the customer to ask for compensation of shipping company.

*6.Air Shipment Compensation: If parcel lost or missing, the shipping company will follow your declaration value or the most USD100 as compensation.
The compensation will be 3 times of shipment fee or good declaration value whichever is lowest as basicNote:If it's highly valuable goods, please contact us for buying insurance.

*7.Sea freight Compensation: If parcel lost or missing, the shipping company will follow your declaration value or the most 3 times of your shipping fare as compensation.

*8.Any issues cause by Taobao seller, we are not responsible for that. (Cheat,Color,Quality or Parcel Missing etc)

*8.If seller not honest,parcel missing half way, quality issue, send wrong good, color mistake etc. We are not responsible~

*9.If buyer received the parcel and discover the product is not the right one etc, we will help customer to request the seller to solve it.

*10.For customer who request for perfect and good quality, it's advisable while make order please choose QC service (Extra charge needed) whereby the warehouse staff will help to ensure your product in good quality when arrive in our warehouse.

*11.We would like to make sure customer can enjoy perfect buy for me service.
Make sure you understand the basic risk of buy for me service,for those items condition received by customer, we are not responsible for it. During festival, the shipment will be slow caused by custom clearance delay and big volume of shipment. We are not responsible for the delay.

*12.Parcel status show received but buyer claim that never receive it. Buyer have to trace where is their parel. Please understand that there is a risk in buy for me service, whereby goods might not arrive on time.

*13.Customer need to request seller pack the parcel in suitable way to avoid damage while shipping. Any damage on the goods received by warehouse, our company will not responsible for it but will help to get compensation from seller.

*14.If worry about goods condition, we do provide service like count goods, QC, take photos etc. Please contact customer service:service@dylexpress.com. If customer complaint that wrong product or product missing or send wrongly. We are not responsible for it.

*15.All the duration provided for Air and Sea shipping here, are not cover public holiday and festival,weather, custom clearance delay etc. We are not responsible for any delay causing loss by customer.

*16.Only for those product out of stock allow to refund, else once sold out non-refundable or exchangeable.

*17.If customer make order and choose our shipping service, it means customer accept all the rules and regulations above.
